General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cbaji platform and all services operated under it. By accessing or using the service, you agree to all the terms listed below. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the service.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. cbaji may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each user may create only one account. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Active email address
• Date of birth

If an account is opened using false or incorrect information, cbaji may immediately close that account and forfeit the associated balance.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account from the same person, family, address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings will be voided.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

You are solely responsible for keeping your cbaji login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, even if a third party uses it without your permission. If you suspect your login details have been stolen or that there has been unauthorised access, contact the cbaji support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

Before making a withdrawal, or when requested by cbaji, you may be required to verify your identity. This may involve providing a copy of your National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or lending an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Immediate action will be taken if such activity is detected.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at cbaji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. cbaji does not charge any processing fee on deposits.

Deposited funds may only be used for games and betting activities on cbaji. Using the platform for any other purpose, or attempting to launder money, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. cbaji generally completes the withdrawal process within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Same Payment Method Rule

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. cbaji reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this where circumstances require.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cbaji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for playing. Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirement before they become withdrawable.

5.2 Other Promotions

cbaji regularly offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions:

• cbaji Weekly Deposit Bonus: 30% bonus once per week, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• cbaji Slot Bonus: 50% bonus once per day on slot games, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• cbaji Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳1,000 reward after each successfully referred friend makes their first deposit, wagering 10x.
• cbaji Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward during your birthday month each year, wagering 15x — for verified account holders only.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If cbaji determines that a user is using artificial methods to obtain bonuses or is abusing the bonus system, cbaji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and take action on the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cbaji are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though certain bet types may allow cancellation under specific rules.

If a technical error causes a problem with the outcome of a bet, cbaji reserves the right to void that bet and the relevant amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event does not start within the scheduled time or is cancelled partway through, cbaji will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with standard betting rules. In such cases, bets are typically voided and a stake refund is issued.

6.3 Action Against Suspicious Play

If evidence of match fixing or artificially influencing the outcome of an event is found, cbaji reserves the right to void all related bets and take action on the accounts involved.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaji platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them use the service
• Creating more than one account for the same person or family
• Registering using a fake or stolen identity
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any form of hacking
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform for unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Behaving disrespectfully toward other users or cbaji staff
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system for gain

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, cbaji may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance without prior warning.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cbaji

cbaji may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of these terms
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• During an investigation into fraudulent activity
• For security or legal reasons

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the cbaji support team. Requests to close an account as part of self-exclusion or responsible gambling are also accepted.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the associated balance may not be refundable. However, if closure is at the user's own request, the remaining cash balance will be returned after all active bonuses are cancelled.
